Refund Policy

Last updated: November 28, 2025

Our Promise

If it's not calm, it's on us.

QuietHalo is a one-time purchase app. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If QuietHalo doesn't work as expected or you're not satisfied, we'll help you get a refund.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed through the app store where you made your purchase:

  • Apple App Store (iOS): Request a refund through Apple's refund process. You can do this in the App Store app or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play Store (Android): Request a refund through Google Play. You can do this in the Play Store app or at play.google.com/store/account.

Both Apple and Google have their own refund policies and timelines. Generally, refunds are available within a certain period after purchase (typically 48 hours to 14 days, depending on the store and region).

When to Request a Refund

You can request a refund if:

  • The app doesn't work on your device
  • The app crashes or has bugs that prevent you from using it
  • The app doesn't meet your expectations
  • You purchased it by mistake

What We Can't Control

We don't control the refund process. Apple and Google handle all refund requests. We can't issue refunds directly or guarantee that a refund will be approved.

If you have trouble with the refund process, you can contact us at hankified.com and we'll do our best to help.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues, please check:

  • Your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 15+ or Android 8+)
  • The app is updated to the latest version
  • Your device has sufficient storage space

If issues persist, contact us before requesting a refund. We may be able to help fix the problem.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
